Recent rumors suggest that Christjian Albers, The 2005 Minardi driver has signed up with Midland.

Christijan Albers looks set to drive for the Midland F1 team in 2006 according to reports in the Dutch press.

Albers cut his F1 teeth with the Minardi team this year but found himself out of a drive when it was sold to Red Bull.

I have always been worried about Narain’s place in Midland. Narain’s team mate Monteiro has finished more often than him, but Narain has shown more speed by qualifying better than Monteiro on more than one occasion. There are also rumors about Narain’s future in Williams as a race driver. I had earlier written about Narain looking for a test driver role at Williams. We will know pretty soon after CA’s press conference.
