So Cingular F**ked up again, now in Florida
About a week ago, cingular phones stopped working in NYC. Then in southern California, then in Forth Worth, Texas and yesterday in Florida.
Initially when a few people told me that they tried calling me and they got a busy tone, I thought they were kidding. When I tried to call my own phone from work, thats when I realized that something was happening.
I got on the phone with cingular and the lady suggested that I power cycle my phone every hour. And of course, when I got agitated, the lady cut me off.
That got me thinking, why the f**k am I paying them 50 bucks a month, so I can power cycle my phone every hour ???
Awesome cingular, you have now screwed me over twice, good way to keep a customer.
So if you tried calling me yesterday and could not get thro’, sorry.

And I seriously think, if Cingular gets to charge me for every extra minute I use, should’nt they be responsible for not making their service available. As in, should they not pay me (give me a credit) for the non availability of service, because they screwed up.
