Carlos Mencia does it again

Carlos Mencia is a comedian I love to hate. He is amazingly funny, but some of his jokes cross the line. As in they are true and funny, but its about things that no one else makes fun of, things that you are not sure you can laugh about. Like the mentally disabled and the South Americans.

Anyways, here is an episode of him as an Indian Convenience store clerk. Its funny and not offensive (compared to his other stuff).
