The Breakup - Review

I do not like to talk about movies, I never have online. Movies are like deodorants, each person likes a different kind and a different kinds works for a different person.

And that is what The Breakup is. It is a movie that some will love and some will hate. Yes it is a comedy, a real dark kinda comedy. If you are not overwhelmed by the emotions, not reminded of every single thing that happened during your relationship, you will laugh. I was the only person in the theatre who laughed the most and trust me there were times when I was quiet.

Vince Vaughn was amazing, he with ease plays the average joe every single time. Jennifer Aniston was equally good. Like most reviews have noted, this film is brutally true to life.

The crew have taken pains to not take sides and you can see the work they put into it.

This is NOT a date movie. This is not a movie that you want to watch with you new girlfriend, but this is a movie that you should watch. You might love it, you might hate it, but you have to find out for yourself.

I personally loved it.
